Stars shine in Sydney
A dominant batting display set up the win for the Stars and was the club’s highest ever WBBL batting total.

It was a career best performance from McKenna scoring her first WBBL 50 and was the third fastest half-century in the history of the competition. The 20-year-old’s previous high score was 14 runs.
Yastika Bhatia also impressed on both her birthday and Stars debut with 36 off 28 including two sixes.

The Stars now return to Melbourne ahead of their first home game of the season on Sunday morning against the Hurricanes.
