The Melbourne Stars have competed their final signing ahead of WBBL|10 with Western Australian youngster Ines McKeon putting pen to paper on a two-year deal with the club.

McKeon made her international debut for France in May 2023 with 56 from just 40 deliveries against Scotland.
The 17-year old’s talent was on show for Australia at the Under 19 tri-series earlier this year and then she backed up that good form with selection for the Scorchers during the recent T20 Spring Challenge.
“We’ve always got an eye on the future and Ines fits the profile of the way the women’s game is going with her natural power,” said Blair Crouch.
“We’re looking forward to seeing her in action over the next two years and seeing her development in that time.”
