Fast bowler Rhys McKenna will return for a fourth season with the Stars after signing with the club for WBBL|10.
Australian Under 19s Captain locked in
The former Australian Under 19s Captain has shown glimpses of her talent in her 30 games with the club, highlighted by her 3-18 against Sydney Thunder last year.
“Rhys has an enormous amount of potential and we can’t wait to see what she produces this season,” said General Manager Blair Crouch.
“She’s worked hard to get back from her stress fracture last year and we believe she can make significant improvements in WBBL|10.”
“I love playing for the Stars in the WBBL and after missing out on the game at the MCG last year, I’d love to get the opportunity to play there in WBBL|10,” said McKenna.
