Due to increased demand and to ensure all travelling Melbourne Stars members have access to the match in Albury, members must now redeem their membership tickets via Ticketek using their membership barcodes to redeem their Albury tickets for the season.

Members can redeem one ticket per barcode and will have the ability to purchase any additional tickets for family and friends in the same transaction.

Member Hub / Help
The Melbourne Stars membership hub is located outside Gate 2 of the Lavington Sports Ground and will be open from 2:00pm onwards on match day for membership sales and membership customer service enquiries.

• All tickets to the ground are delivered digitally via Ticketek. You will need to download your mobile ticket before you arrive at the venue and scan into the Lavington Sports Ground using your smartphone.
• If you have purchased tickets on behalf of others, you will need to forward tickets to the individuals attending within your group.
